Your Party has become representationless within a Year of its formation?
I don't say the Party has totally become representation less because as far as I am concerned the Party moves with the ideas, thoughts and the ideologies. It becomes representation less only after its death. But talking about our Party Chairman J.P Gupta, he is still in the represent ting position and the role. Therefore it would be unconditional To say that the Party has turned to be representation less.
But it is said that your party Chairman has been suspended from the Party?
This is not true at all. Whatever the news and the information have come out in the Medias are all fake and not more than a rumors. It is none other than the conspiracy to spoil the Madhesh-based Political Parties and by those who do have been affording to make the issue of Federalism weak and failure. It is none other than the fake news spread by those who do not want to see the Madhesh developed and welfare. J.P Gupta has not been suspended
From the Party at all and he won't be suspended too. It is only a matter of betraying to either speak or try to suspend him from the Party.
Have you appreciated the verdict of Supreme Court?
We had held a formal meeting on Wednesday but no one there in the meeting either speak in against of the Supreme Court's verdict or in the support of the decision of SC. Therefore I say that it is only a conspiracy against Madhesh by those who do not want the Madhesh and the Madheshi People get their rights and always want to see the Madhesh backward in all the aspects.
Don't you think such hill-based Medias need to be controlled?
As to me, the Medias either the hill based or the Madhesh-based should be free, independent and transparent in its nature and works. It should not be under the control of any persons, Organizations or the Political Parties. Independent means it should work following the norms and the values of the Journalism. The major duty and the responsibility of the Journalist and the Media Man is to perform his/her duty and the responsibility with honesty and
Write or publish the correct news after all. But here the news is being published one-sided without going through the facts and the truth of the particular case.
What about the conflicts inside the Party?
Our Party is recently going through the various meetings and the discussions for handling the present condition
That the Party is going through and to form the Policy and the Strategy to face the situation. We don't have any debates and the conflicts regard the Post and the Political ideologies. There is no conflict in running the Party under the Chairmanship of Party Vice-Chairman Rajkishore Yadav. We are also going through a discussion whether joining
The Government or not. The news being published in Medias frequently are all fake and incorrect. The Medias are none other than trying to create a distance and misunderstanding among us.
How have you then viewed the SC Verdict?
We have by compulsion accepted the Verdict of the Supreme Court. We still have a faith and respect upon the Supreme Court. But as the recent decision of the Supreme Court on our Party Chairman J.P Gupta is all discriminating and unjustifiable, the entire Madhesh has come upon the Protest of the decision. The People of Madhesh have burnt the photocopy of the Verdict of the Supreme Court. Madhesh was almost dissatisfied with the previous decisions regards the case of Vice-President, the entry of the Madheshi in the NA, Citizenship and the issue of National dress and now the decision made on Gupta.
