SLC Results To Be Announced Today

Bhaktapur, June 13: The Ministry of Education, Office of the Controller of Examination (OCE), is going to make public the results of the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) examinations held in March.
The OCE stated that final preparations are being made for declaring the results of the SLC exams conducted throughout the country from March 20 to 29.
It said the coding and tallying of the answer papers has been completed and preparations are on for announcing the results by this afternoon.
A meeting of the Examinations Board has been called for this afternoon and police authorities have been informed for security. Deputy Examinations Controller Ambika Regmi said they are working on the final preparations for announcing the results and the OCE plans to make public the results within daylight as it had done last year.
Four hundred forty-five thousand nine hundred and seventy-four candidates took the SLC exam under the regular category while 82,283 sat in the exempted category this year.
