Students boycotts the exam in Rajbiraj
RAJBIRAJ,Feb 22 - The examination of 'Environment and Health' subject under the Department of BPH under Purbanchal University has been postponed on Tuesday.
The examination was postponed after a group of students boycotted the exam and resorted to vandalism in protest against alleged mistreatment by the invigilator at the Kshitiz College exam centre in Rajbiraj, Saptari.
Students from Unique Educational Academy and Saptarishi Multiple Campus of Rajbiraj had been attending the examination at the centre.The University has announced postponement of the exam through a notice today.
Meanwhile, the Kshtiz college administration has said property worth 50,000 rupees was destroyed in the vandalism carried out by the agitating students.The college has also claimed that the examinees boycotted the exam after they were prohibited from cheating.
